We use locally produced ingredients throughout our dishes where possible. Our kitchen team has worked hard to produce our menu, which is guaranteed to have something for everyone. We always ensure the food we produce, not only tastes delicious, but is presented perfectly. We are a real ale pub and have all the latest seasonal ales supplied by the Hall and Woodhouse brewery.



We understand the importance of catering to guests with dietary requirements based on our own family’s experience, as during the last 20 years many of our close family have been diagnosed as coeliac or wheat intolerant. We understand first-hand how it turns your world upside down when you are first diagnosed. First you have to learn how to change your cooking habits to accommodate cooking without wheat or gluten. Then there is another whole challenge to find somewhere to eat out with confidence. We offer a wide range of gluten free options including some irresistible desserts.
